Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your username and password. Your password is hashed and never stored in plain text.
User-Generated Content: During simulator and streaming sessions, you may create content that is captured as part of the session recording.

Audio Data:
Your microphone captures audio during simulator sessions and live streaming sessions. This data is required for the core functionality of the App.
Screen Content:
When you initiate a simulator or live streaming session, your screen content is captured and transmitted to our servers for real-time processing.
Usage Data:
Session Tracking: We track the number of minutes you use the App each month against your monthly quota.
Session Scores: In simulator mode, your sessions receive automated scores on a 0–5 scale based on AI analysis of your streaming performance.
Recordings Metadata: We store recording IDs, segment counts, file sizes, and update timestamps for your session recordings.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
App Functionality: Enable simulator sessions, live streaming, screen capture, and audio recording.
Account Management: Authenticate users, manage your account, and enforce monthly usage quotas.
Analytics: Monitor App performance and improve the user experience.
AI Analysis: Process simulator sessions to generate performance scores and AI-generated feedback comments.
Recordings: Store and provide access to your session recordings.

We do not share your data with third-party services. All streaming, processing, and data storage occurs on our own self-hosted servers. Your audio, screen content, and session data never leave our controlled infrastructure.
4.2 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).
5. Data Storage and Security
Encryption: All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit using TLS (Transport Layer Security).
Authentication: User sessions are secured using JSON Web Tokens (JWT) stored locally on your device.
Server-Side Security: We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Data Retention: We retain your account data and session recordings for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 8).
